The functioning of a culture resembles a clockwork: everyone knows their place in the society, knows the norms, the values and rules they are expected to follow. The responses of people are easily evaluated and each individual knows how he or she is perceived by members of their own culture.
However, if people from different cultures come together, tensions, misunderstandings and disturbances may occur when interacting with each other. Thus, one can have the feeling: “There is sand in the gearbox- things are not running smoothly.”
This is where I, as an intercultural trainer, want to assist you:
My training is designed to help you overcome the often small obstacles to enable a respectful and conflict-free multicultural cooperation.
I would gladly create a personalised training with your very own goals and ambitions in mind.
I look forward to hearing from you!
