Expatriate Training

The intention behind this training is to ease you into your new life in a new country. You will receive country- and region specific information and brief glimpses into what every day life looks like. Specific features and differences in work ethics and procedures will be discussed, preparing you for the inevitable culture shock and offering strategies on how to deal with the new working environment.

Once you know what to expect, the adventure of expatriate life will become more exciting, which will increase your economic performance.

Having experienced this lifestyle myself, with my husband and two children, I know just how significant appropriate preparation for the expatriate and their family really is. In this case „happy wife – happy life“ will be given a whole new meaning as your family’s wellbeing will impact on the success of your foreign assignment.

Thus, partners and families are welcome to attend these workshops to ensure a positive and happy experience abroad for all.
